RETURNS
Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
Purity extends beyond our formulas to our customer experience. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Return Guidelines:
- Credit is issued to the original payment method for item cost plus sales tax.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns are processed within 10-15 business days of arrival at our facility.
- Refunds appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles.
- Sets and kits must be returned complete with all original contents.
- Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.
- Items purchased at mahya.com must be returned to Mahya. Products purchased through authorized retailers should be returned to the point of purchase.
International Returns:
Customers outside the US may incur handling fees for returns. Please contact us at info@mahya.com or +1 (954) 544-8240 for personalized assistance with international returns.
Annual Pre-Paid Subscriptions:
All subscription sales are final, paid in full upfront, and non-refundable. Subscription products cannot be returned.

Perfect Your Shade
Need a different shade or texture? We're here to help. Request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your returned item, we'll process the exchange and ship your replacement at no additional cost.
