Laura S. I usually avoid multi-use pencils because they can be too stiff for the eyes or too drying for the lips. This one is the complete opposite. It glides on effortlessly without pulling on the delicate skin around my eyes, and stays comfortable on the lips all day. Very high-quality formula!
